Swagman Bicycle Carriers 64920 Review: Swagman XP 2-Bike Spare Tire Mount Rack. You would think this would fit oversized tires, especially since it's a spare tire mount, but it doesn't nor does it have an extension plate that I can/could find. The plate also fits strangly on to my spare, at a strange angle that give the mount about 20-30 degrees of swival. you'd think it should of been a bit more semetrically applicable for stability. Since I wansn't able to mount it I didn't find out if it would be stable or not but it looked as if with enough jolting ... Read more »
