3M 9023 Review: 3M™ Marine "One Step" Outdoor Vinyl Cleaner Conditioner and Protector - 8 oz. gel.. This product is the best of it's kind on the market! Just this weekend, I cleaned up some patio seats in which the cushions are made from marine vinyl. They are about 3 years old now, they sit in the blazing Arizona sunshine, and they have not faded at all since I use this product. I also use it on my boat upholstery (which is covered or parked in garage) and this protects against direct sunlight and also has not faded or cracked in 5 years. Seems expensive for how ...
