Auto-Helm AH88RD Review: Auto-Helm AH88RD Pro Series Red Auto Darkening Welding Helmet. I am an occasional welder, not a professional who puts in 8 hrs a day welding. For my use, this is a good buy (after 35 years, I thought I would try the auto-darkening feature, and it is nice to have). If you are going to spend all day welding, you should buy a more expensive and durable helmet, something by Miller or Lincoln.
